John Niland is the principal coach and founder of Success 121, and works throughout Europe leveraging his extensive experience of value-centred growth in Benelux, France, Ireland, Scandinavia, Switzerland and the UK.

 

 

To date, John has worked with hundreds of organisations and professionals across ten European countries. These include large organisations, such as Procter and Gamble, British Energy and The European Free Trade Association, plus over 300 other businesses and individual professionals. He audio CD “Time Rediscovered” continues to support Pump Aid, who provide clean water in Zimababwe, Mozambique and Malawi.

 

He is the author of two e-books: “Hidden Value”, “100 Tips to Find Time” and the 124 page marketing guide "Successful Professionals in Belgium" 

Despite his numerous roles, for John it is all really quite simple: “It is about a better world at work, where professionals share the experience of sustainable success; where they continue to prosper via the outstanding value they provide.”

 

John lives in Brussels and enjoys running in the Forêt de Soignes … when it’s not raining! (Naturally, he is however familiar with rain-making, being originally from the west of Ireland “… where it usually rains twice a week: once for three days, and once for four”.)

Recruiting in Brussels : Intern / Stagiaire

Over the last 10 years, Success 121 has supported service-organisations to grow value with their customers, to work together in engaging ways and thereby achieve sustainable results in less time.

Business in Belgium continues to grow, even in the downturn. We are therefore looking for a fulltime intern / stagiare to assist us in the Brussels office (near Montgomery), to communicate our message and engage with other organisations.

Typical tasks:

• sending niche-messages as per the weekly communications plan,
• offering webcasts, events and publications,
• making follow-up calls to people who have expressed interest,
• assisting with workshops and events
• coordinating with the team in the UK
• managing the online resource-library
• actively inputting into future development
• administering assessments and evaluations,

The key qualities we are looking for include: high potential, commitment to a shared vision, accuracy, ability to juggle priorities, enthusiasm, care, curiosity, genuine interest in other people and organisations, self-organisation, ability to learn and communicate.

As this is a communications role, knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage ... though still secondary to the qualities described above. Fluent English however is needed. This role is fulltime, and would not suit freelance / independents, nor people wishing to work from home.

At Success 121, we do not promise an easy life, and at times the work is demanding. But we do promise a stimulating environment to people who are sincerely interested in accelerating their career and producing fantastic value together with our clients.
