1. What do you want to achieve?
Please note that Success 121 does not do 'beauty-parades' or speculative proposals. While we are happy to work with you on your priorities, we ask you to be clear about what these are.
2. Is there a budget for this initiative?
Whatever we end up doing together, this will require investment of somewhere between £2k and £10k. if you don't have a budget for working together, we suggest you use the free resources on this site instead, or attend our webinars, see here.
3. Is this the right time?
If we are going to end up postponing the iniative to next year, it would be better if we got in touch next year. For in-house events or conferences, we need to be planning circa 3-6 months in advance. Please note we operate a strict cancellations policy – see below.

Cancellation Policy:
Most of our clients are organised professionals, very respectful of other people’s time. We want to keep it that way. So the following policy is designed to protect against organisations who might behave otherwise. Naturally, we are always understanding and flexible in cases of genuine emergencies e.g. bereavement, accident etc.
- Meetings: We work with professionals who are able to keep their appointments. If your boss / client / spouse changes your diary at the last minute, this is not our concern. Last-minute cancellations (i.e. with less than 7 days notice) carry a cancellation fee of £250 plus Vat and any travel expenses incurred, invoiced within a week of a cancelled appointment or no-show.
- Success 121 events and public workshops: If you have booked a place for a Success 121 workshop and find you cannot attend the event, we are happy to reimburse the fee (or allow you to switch to another venue) as long as you give us one month’s notice.
- In-house training, courses, conference fees: We committed to each other at the time of booking. If you wish to cancel the event (or reschedule it), the entire fee is still payable. Where we are given a minimum of one months notice, we may occasionally waive 50% of that fee, particularly if the client is rescheduling to another date.
All appointments are made on the understanding that these conditions have been accepted by both parties, and that there exists a shared commitment to avoid unnecessary disruption for fellow-professionals. We are happy to play by the same rules.
