For over 20 years, in addition to heading his own successful organisation, Paul has worked as a trusted adviser, consultant and coach across a wide-range of industry sectors, including: consultancy, construction, high- and low-tech manufacturing, service, and nationwide retail. With his passion for excellence, Paul has guided many lucrative international joint ventures, and has transformed several unprofitable enterprises into multi-million Euro successes.

Paul sits on the Boards of many European organisations and is known for his strong commercial acumen. In addition to being an NLP Business Practitioner and a member of the International Coach Federation, he is a fellow of both the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers, and of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Paul is based in Ireland but travels extensively.
