TOP Licensees
Since September 2006, we now have six people licensed to deliver “The
Outstanding Professional” programme. Here is a summary of why they
joined, and other questions that frequently get asked. If you would like

What do they join?
While the precise reasons vary from person to person, the following are the
most common ones.
- For a business model that is proven and capable of delivering revenue of
c. 500K EUR per year
- To add a coaching service onto an existing consulting or training business
- So that they can immediately acquire valuable material that took years to
create and develop
- To be a part of a successful team, while retaining full independence
- In order to tap into an outstanding support structure, covering admin, marketing,
technology, sales-support and customer service
- To build a successful speaking practice
- To become internationally known as an expert in a niche-market

Who are we looking for?
- Independent consultants, coaches, trainers, project managers with solid
business experience and established communication skills

- Ability to coach and question v. telling and pontificating!
- Professionals of the highest integrity: particularly reliability i.e. the
ability to do what they say they will do.
